This is disrespectful to the elderly customer that depends on this device in their home. Acorn Chair Lifts is not fulfilling their end of the contract but they want their money for renewal. And then to be told that the warranty amount would still need to be paid this year as it runs out on July 22 is so unprofessional. I have been hearing all year about the staff shortage and I understand that, but at some point that reason is inexcusable. I have left messages July 6, July 11 & July 14 and it's now July 18 and I have yet to receive a return phone call to schedule service. The only number that an actual person will answer is the number for warranty renewal. This is not safe, thus the reason the purchase was made to begin with.
